FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS RELATIVE TO THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR TEACHER HIRING SY 2022-2023
Q: Where should I submit my application for Teacher positions?
A: Teacher applicants are to submit their applications to schools nearest to their residence.
Q: How many copies should be submitted?
A: Only one copy of the application and its attachments shall be submitted per level. For instance, if an applicant opts to apply in JHS and SHS, two (2) separate
applications must be submitted.
Q: What documents should be submitted?
A: The list of documents to be submitted are listed in paragraph 3 of Division Memorandum No. 261, s. 2022. Applicants and those involved in the recruitment process are enjoined to obtain a copy of the said Memo.
Q: Are previous/old applicants required to submit documents not indicated in the checklist of documents?
A: Documents subject to verification for validity must be submitted especially those documents where the validity of such is indicated (e.g. NBI Clearance, PRC ID, NC, Proof of Residence, etc.)
Q: How will the documents be forwarded to the Division HRMPSB for evaluation?
A: The School Screening Committee will receive, scan, and upload the application documents to the online facility intended for the SSC.
Q: Will my application be accepted by the School Screening Committee even if I have lacking documents?
A: The School Screening Committee shall accept documents, albeit incomplete, as long as that what is lacking shall be indicated in the remarks section of the Checklist of Documents to be accomplished by the SSC. However, these documents must be brought during the evaluation period in order for the Division Evaluators to appraise the points of the said documents or validate the authenticity of such.
Q: What if I have not yet received my Individual Rating Sheet for SY 2021-2022?
A: First, make sure that you have requested the IRS through the online facility at bit.ly/ratingsheet2122 and that any information you have provided is true and correct. The email address encoded or used by the requestee is the same used in sending the IRS. Invalid email addresses cannot receive the IRS.
Q: Can I take the EPT even if my score is still valid?
A: Applicants with valid EPT Scores shall no longer take the EPT Exam. If these scores were obtained from other Schools Divisions, the applicant must submit an official document properly indorsed by that Division indicating the said score.
Q: How do I register using one email address if I have more than one application?
A: You may use more than one valid email address in registering to the link provided for applicants. Tick multiple checkboxes corresponding to the different levels you have applied for. In uploading your checklists, combine the checklists you have obtained from the SSC into one pdf file so that you may upload more than one checklist using just one link or upload link.
Q: I have submitted my registration and a confirmation has been made. Can I still edit my response?
A: You may no longer edit your response. Should you have any changes with your answer, please use another email address.
