FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS RELATIVE TO THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
FOR TEACHER HIRING SY 2025-2026
Q: Where should I submit my application for Teacher positions?
A: Teacher applicants are to submit their applications to schools nearest to their residence.
Q: How many copies should be submitted?
A: Only one copy of the application and its attachments shall be submitted. For instance, if an applicant opts to apply in JHS and SHS, only one (1) application shall be submitted provided that the applicant clearly states in the application that he/she intends to apply for more than one level/category.
Q: What documents should be submitted?
A: The list of documents to be submitted are listed in paragraph 3 of Division Memorandum No. 43, s. 2025. Applicants and those involved in the recruitment process are enjoined to obtain a copy of the said Memo.
Q: Are previous/old applicants required to submit documents not indicated in the checklist of documents?
A: Documents subject to verification for validity must be submitted especially those documents where the validity of such is indicated or has an expiration in accordance with the guidelines stipulated in DO 7, s. 2023 (e.g. NBI Clearance, PRC ID, NC, Proof of Residence, trainings attended, etc.)
Q: How will the documents be forwarded to the Division HRMPSB for evaluation?
A: The School Head shall facilitate the receipt of application documents and forward these to the HRMO through the Division Records Section .
Q: Will my application be accepted by the School Head even if I have lacking documents?
A: The School Head shall accept documents, albeit incomplete, as long as that what is lacking shall be indicated in the remarks section of the Checklist of Documents to be accomplished by the School Head. However, these documents must be brought during the evaluation period in order for the Division Evaluators to appraise the points of the said documents or validate the authenticity of such.
Q: What if I intend to waive my points earned from the previous SYs assessment and have not yet received my Individual Rating Sheet from SY 2023 to
SY 2024?
A: For applicants from SY 2023-2024 and SY 2024-2025, you may proceed with handing in your application without the IRS. The Document Validators will have the CAR RQA as official reference for your points earned.
Q: I applied for Junior High School in SY 2023 can I also carry the same points for my Demonstration Teaching if I intend to apply this SY in the Senior High School?
A: Competencies between each level for the same subject area are not the same. You must undergo another evaluation for Senior High School.
Q: I am done with the submission of my application in the school and the online registration. When and where will my scanned documents be uploaded?
A: Upon the submission of the schools to the HRMO through the Records Section, applications will go through initial assessment. Qualified applicants will be notified through their e-mail address used during the registration of the link from which they will upload their documents.
